It seems that lately I have been leaning towards a different newborn style, focusing on capturing the new family together in their natural setting and then keeping the “posed” shots simple, clean and classic. This session was just that. And although the shots in the grass were definitely posed, we were able to walk to this sweet little spot just down the street from their home. My Project 365 has been top of mind awareness lately, but unfortunately my “big” camera had to get a little work done. Be careful with your camera everyone, I certainly learned a good lesson about making sure my camera does not fall from the back of my SUV when the automatic door opens any more! The people at B&C camera in Las Vegas were awesome and helped me immensely and I’m now back in action. I may have extended my time without my camera by just a bit, taking a break from the daily photo ops. However, I am realizing that these pictures mean a whole lot to me so I plan to stay on track in May. These projects are awesome, but coming up with a new idea every day is TOUGH!

I cannot tell you how much I loved this session. Love her mama and daddy, love her gorgeous room, love that she fit right in with both the posed and the not so posed images. Baby E is just perfect, wouldn’t you agree?!
